My work is rooted in meaningful connection and collaborative partnership to support well-being and flourishing. With more than 20 years of experience in integrative wellness, higher education, and community health, I have learned that sustainable change takes time. My own experiences training for the NYC Marathon, maintaining a daily meditation practice, and completing a doctorate have reinforced that transformation and growth take patience, effort, and care.

I meet you where you are, and together we co-create a plan that fits your needs and your life. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I will support you in reconnecting with your own capacity for insight, choice, and forward movement, one step at a time. As a board-certified nurse coach, I draw from a range of mind-body-spirit practices. I began studying Clinical Meditation and Imagery in 2010 and have also been part of teams that researched these practices for symptom management and pain management.

I like helping people who want to feel calmer and more like themselves, especially when stress, pain, or big changes make life feel stuck. I’ve seen how easily the nervous system can get overwhelmed, and how even small changes in focus and attention can bring real relief.
