We’ll read Dante's Path: Vulnerability and the Spiritual Journey by Bonney Gulino Schaub, MS, RN & Richard Schaub, PhD. Each week, we’ll meet for group discussions, and you’ll have awareness practices and journaling to do between sessions. This gives you time to pause, reflect, and discover your own wisdom. The course isn’t about following someone else’s answers; it’s about finding your own. Through these practices and conversations, you’ll learn how to trust your inner voice and live with more ease and purpose.

"This course was a great big welcome. I enjoyed the opportunity for meaningful dialogue with Christine. Reading the book was validating as I realized that my healing journey with a Psychosynthesis therapist over twenty years ago was the most difficult yet valuable part of my life. I recommend the journey with Christine. She’s fully present and engaged. A wonderful listener who allows time to talk
